New Course Out Now! See The Good

As we step into a month centered on love and connection, it feels like the perfect time to

celebrate something close to our hearts: Seeing the Good in the families we serve.

We’re excited to launch our new self-paced course, See the Good: A Strengths-Based

Approach to Home Visiting—created to support and inspire your work with families.

In this course, you will learn to apply strengths-based principles that shift the focus from

challenges to possibilities. You’ll explore communication strategies that use inclusive,

asset-building language and practice empathy that strengthens trust and connection.

You’ll also sharpen your ability to notice and reinforce parenting strengths using tools

like the PICCOLO checklist, offering feedback that is specific, culturally responsive, and

encouraging. Finally, you’ll build reflective habits that nurture both your professional

growth and your relationships with families, using simple guiding questions like: Is it

true? Is it helpful? Is it kind?

We hope you’ll join us and discover new ways to See the Good—in your practice, in

families, and in yourself.

Your work matters, and you make a meaningful difference every day.
